How can I secure my API ?

Use the following steps & secure your API :

1) Login to SMS portal.

2) Inside login Left side in the menu below of Delivery report & Flow, you can get  API option click on that.


3) You can get there ENABLE ADDITIONAL SECURITY option.  Click into the checkbox and Enable the option.

4) After that, you can get one popup window, read the instructions carefully from there and click on the yes button.



5 )  Add there your IP Address & make its whitelist.


6)  You can get here your Non whitelisted IPs from which you are tried to log in recently.






Note

If you have using broadband service for an Internet connection. Then your Ip address is changed continuously and you can get 418 this error code. So, In that case, don’t Enable IP Security Option.
